Mindset Alignment helps bring your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviours into the same direction. It works with deeper patterns and subconscious programs so change feels steadier and more sustainable.

Yes - we offer individual sessions for mindset work and personal training.
We are based in Yeronga, Brisbane, with classes and sessions held across the local area.
Both Jane and Peter deliver personal training and classes. Jane specialises in mindset alignment while Peter is the expert with massage and scar release therapy.
We currently run outdoor strength and fitness classes. Aerobic classes are held indoors while Pilates is held both indoor and outdoors. Classes are designed to be accessible, low-impact, and welcoming for all fitness levels - especially beginners and over-50s.
If Group Fitness Classes doesn’t suit, personal training sessions are available.
We focus on exercising SAFELY. Class numbers are capped so we can give personal attention to all participants. We also take the time to get to know you personally, understand your fitness goals and help you achieve them. Exercises are modified to suit all fitness levels with consideration for previous or current injuries.
If Group Fitness Classes doesn’t suit, personal training sessions are available.
We have a wet-weather location for all outdoor classes. You'll receive a message with the updated location if the weather changes.
Our Group Fitness classes cater for all fitness levels. By providing a personal fitness assessment before you start training, we can modify our programs to suit your ability and fitness levels so you can train safely.
Group fitness classes are resistance training (this can be a combination of weights, resistance bands and body weight), cardio, core and functionality based. Please refer to our HOME page for more information.
We aim to make our payment options fast, easy and accessible. We accept card and cash payments.
If you have any concerns, please consult your medical professional before starting training. A questionnaire is required to be completed prior to exercising with us so we are aware of your history and appropriate modifications can be made.
It is not a requirement to book a Group Fitness Class, we recommend you notify us of your intention to attend a class by text to either Jane 0408 655 583 or Peter 0419 444 097
This will ensure we have adequate equipment available for your use during the class.
For your first class please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to fill in a medical questionnaire as this is a requirement prior to starting any training with Summit Mind & Body .
If you know you are not going to make a class please advise us via text message.
Fitness Mat, Water Bottle, Towel and Enthusiasm. All other equipment is supplied.

Whilst we don’t offer child minding services, you are more than welcome to bring your children and fur babies to our training sessions
Our various programs cater for different components of your fitness. Typically, our members will experience improved cardiovascular fitness, toning and sculpting of muscles, improved core stability, flexibility and weight loss.
