At Summit Mind & Body, we take a whole-person approach that brings together mindset, movement and massage in a way that is practical, grounded, and genuinely supportive. We work with both the body and the beliefs behind it—addressing physical capability through supported movement and body therapy, while supporting internal alignment through mind based therapies. This combination helps clients feel stronger in their bodies and clearer in their minds—a foundation for long-term wellbeing.

A Mindset Reset helps you clear the thoughts, habits, and emotional patterns that make staying consistent with your health and fitness feel harder than it should. It’s a gentle, practical session that supports your mindset so you can follow through, stay motivated, and feel more grounded in your routines. Perfect if you want your mind and body working together—not against each other.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and are held in our outdoor studio or in your own home.
Personal Training is available if you need extra help and motivation to reach your fitness goals or require flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle. Have us help you achieve goals faster with individual attention focused 100% on your specific requirements. You can also book private sessions to train with a partner.

Become strong and toned with our resistance training program creating lean muscle to sculpt and tone. Progressive strength and conditioning will improve functional movement and fitness. Using a range of fitness strength equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, plate weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and bodyweight.

A class with a focus on strengthening the core muscles. The class includes body weight, resistance band and weight exercises that activate the core stabilising muscles. Training the core muscles will help prevent injuries and provide an essential foundation for other forms of exercise.

Exercises to help gain better function and movement to improve balance, strength and mobility. These exercises help with everyday activities like getting up off the floor, carrying heavy objects and putting something on a shelf. Reduce the risk of injury and increase your quality of life.
Jane is a professional who encourages and motivates members to reach their personal fitness goals. She has a great connection with people and excellent coaching skills. It has been a pleasure to work side by side with Jane in her fitness career.
I highly recommend Jane. She shows great attention to form and creates easy to follow yet challenging workout programs. She can always find modifications if you have an existing injury so you can continue to exercise safely.

Jane is always so supportive and made sure I was included in activities, even when I couldn't do some moves with my injured knee. The classes are casual and fun, and I felt it was a judgement free atmosphere.
Jane is always so welcoming in her Pilates classes. She provides excellent instructions on how to do the exercises correctly to receive the most benefit from them. After each Pilates class with Jane, I feel very relaxed and refreshed.
